Panel Survey Services

The government authority in Oregon needs a qualified firm to provide offsite panel survey services for the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System State Supplemental Panel Survey. The selected contractor must conduct a series of probability-based and non-probability-based (opt-in) panel surveys to complement existing survey data. Only USA onshore organizations legally authorized to do business in the State of Oregon are eligible to bid. Proposers must demonstrate responsibility, including appropriate resources, financial stability, past performance standards, required licenses, and a Pay Equity Certificate if employing 50 or more full-time workers for a contract exceeding $500,000. Applicants must submit all questions no later than November 10, 2026, and submit proposals seeking an award for a two-year contract period. The agency will determine proposer responsibility prior to contract execution by evaluating submitted forms and potential financial or operational documentation.
