Electrical Services

Portland Public Schools requires an onshore contractor to provide electrical services for district schools in Multnomah County, Oregon, under a one-year Flexible Services Contractor Pool contract. The selected contractor must perform emergency repairs, routine maintenance, inspections, and installations across various electrical systems, along with associated work such as excavation, wall repair, and penetration sealing. Offerors must provide all required labor and materials, maintain stocked parts, secure necessary permits, and deliver immediate emergency responses 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Proposers must submit proposals electronically via PlanetBids by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on December 2, 2026. The buyer will accept questions sent to [email protected] until November 10, 2026. Applicants must submit Attachment B (Proposer Certifications and Representations signed in ink), Attachment C (Reference Sheet), Attachment E (Hourly Labor Rates), and written responses addressing experience and qualifications evaluation criteria. Additionally, the selected contractor and its subcontractors must file a public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to starting work, unless exempt under state law.
