Design Build Services

The City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation needs design-build services on an as-needed basis for the William Walker Aqua Center. The requested scope requires offerors to submit a proposed solution that meets minimum LEED Silver rating levels, along with a lump sum cost proposal covering design, construction, and warranty conditions. Performance of the work will occur onsite in Atlanta, Georgia. Participation is restricted to United States onshore organizations. Offerors must submit a Statement of Proponent's Qualifications, a Safety Record Form, established business references, up to ten color sketches, and all required Office of Contract Compliance forms, including a Covenant of Non-Discrimination, Good Faith Efforts documentation, and a Subcontractor Utilization Plan. If applicable, offerors must also submit an executed Joint Venture Agreement at the time of submittal. Offerors must submit all questions through ATLCloud by 12:00 P.M. EST on October 30, 2026. An Evaluation Committee will evaluate proposals in accordance with City Code Section 2-1188(k) based on responsiveness and the submitted solution. Offerors determined eligible for award must provide a signed City contract, a notarized IIREA affidavit, and a Certificate of Insurance within five business days of written notification.
