The Purchasing from People with Disabilities Advisory Board (PPDAB) is requesting bids for the services described below:

The Purchasing from People with Disabilities Advisory Board and the Division of Facilities Construction and Management seek janitorial services for the Farmington Public Safety Building in Farmington, Utah. The selected contractor must perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, trashing, vacuuming, and disinfecting office areas, lobbies, breakrooms, and restrooms from Monday through Friday between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The contract term covers three years starting January 1, 2027, with two one-year renewal options. Eligible bidders must be USA-based Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs) that employ and train individuals with disabilities, maintain a 501(c)(3) status or government agency operation, have a principal place of business in Utah, and meet a 75% service-disabled employee ratio. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid site visit is required. Applicants must submit questions by October 29, 2026, and submit their complete cost proposals and service schedules digitally through the Utah Public Procurement Portal.
