VOIP Phone System to Replace Existing Mitel MiVoice Connect Environment

The City of Pompano Beach requires a modern, secure unified communications and VOIP phone system to completely replace its existing on-premise Mitel MiVoice Connect environment. The requested scope includes cloud services, software, gateways, equipment, licenses, subscriptions, and professional services to provide voice, softphone, mobile communications, contact center, emergency calling, and special-purpose integrations. The vendor must perform a phased migration of numbers, extensions, users, call flows, voicemail, contact center, E911, and retained integrations with minimal service interruption. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Work may be performed onsite or offsite. The contract period spans five years, and the buyer is seeking proposals for the budget.
