Janitorial and Labor Services for the Indiana State Fair Commission

The Indiana State Fair Commission is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial and labor services at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN. Vendors may bid on one or both services to supply personnel and on-site management for various events throughout the year. Required scope includes providing event cleaning and general labor staffing, with fluctuating crew sizes ranging from two to over 50 workers per shift depending on event needs. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Subcontractors or temporary staffing agencies must receive advance approval from the Commission. Applicants must submit an Offeror Information Response Sheet, a signed cover letter, business qualifications, operational policies, pricing information, and Indiana business qualification forms. Questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
