Shelby County Government Commission Chambers Audiovisual System Upgrade Services

Shelby County Government requests proposals for a Commission Chambers AV System Upgrade in Memphis, Tennessee. The selected vendor must deliver a turnkey audiovisual system refresh encompassing system design, equipment, installation, programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, documentation, and operator training. Scope requirements include a 4K network-based video distribution system, wireless presentation systems, digital audio processing integrated with existing Televic microphones, touchscreen control systems, and a relocated lockable equipment rack in the green room. Work will occur onsite and offsite. Only USA-based organizations with requisite certifications as authorized installers and maintenance providers are eligible to bid.
