Ascension Parish Early Childhood Education, Planning, and Construction Qualification Packages

Ascension Parish is seeking qualification packages for early childhood education, planning, and construction services under FP&C Project No. 50-J03-02. The selected firm must provide independent scope and design cost estimates, design and right-of-way surveys, environmental impact evaluations, and bidding support services. The prime consultant must be able to perform at least 50% of the scope of services, hold valid Louisiana state licensing, and possess registered professional engineers with specialized civil, geotechnical, structural, and water treatment design experience. Submissions may be made digitally via Central Auction House, but six hard copies must also be delivered within 24 business hours of the submission deadline. Respondents must submit a signed original transmittal letter, Standard Form APG-1001, a signed Certification Statement, and proof of active SAM registration. All questions are due no later than November 12, 2026. A selection committee will evaluate packages based on professional qualifications, specialized experience, capacity to complete work on time, and past performance. The contract term is one year.
