Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Three Digital Destination Signage Units

The City & County of Swansea requires a contractor to supply, install, and maintain three free-standing digital signage units on arterial highways into the city. The appointed contractor must provide the digital signs, content playback hardware, and wireless communication, while the Council will manage all content using Scala Enterprise CMS. Performance of the work will take place offsite in Swansea. Eligibility is restricted to UK-based onshore organizations. Bidders must submit questions by 12:00 PM on November 9, 2026, and submit electronic tenders in English or Welsh via the E-Tendering portal by 12:00 PM on November 16, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based 60% on quality criteria and 40% on price. The contract runs for an estimated three-year period from January 5, 2027, to January 4, 2030, with an option to extend maintenance for an additional two years. The total estimated contract budget is 240,000 GBP excluding VAT.
