Montgomery County Classification Plan and Compensation Program Evaluation and Upgrades Services

Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking one qualified consulting firm to partner with the Office of Human Resources to evaluate and upgrade its classification plan and compensation program. The selected contractor will collaborate with county staff to analyze job families, conduct comparative market and salary analyses, update or replace the Quantitative Evaluation System protocol, and provide implementation guidance, training, and maintenance plans. Eligible offerors are USA-based organizations with specific expertise in evaluating job and pay structures for governmental entities. Work will be performed offsite over a one-year contract term.
