YES Prep Public Schools Purchase and Installation of Epson Ultra Short Throw Projectors

YES Prep Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified USA-based companies to furnish, install, and configure 114 Epson Ultra Short Throw Projectors (model V11HA81020) and 114 Epson wall mounts (model V12HA06A05). The selected contractor will perform work at Fifth Ward Elementary, which requires 59 units, and Northside Secondary, which requires 55 units, with additional units set aside as attic stock. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, management, and administrative services for the offsite project. Installation is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2027, for Fifth Ward Elementary and March 29, 2027, for Northside Secondary. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid.
