VFD Control Upgrade Services from NXGI to NXGPro+ System

The City of Bryan Purchasing Department is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for variable frequency drive (VFD) control upgrade services. The scope requires upgrading the VFD control from an NXGI to an NXGPro+ system. Offsite work performance is permitted, and the resulting contract period will run for one year. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. All proposers must submit a Contractor's Registration packet and earn a score of 70 or better prior to the opening date. Proposals must include a five percent proposal bond, a fully completed and signed proposal form, and a completed Felony Conviction Notification form. Questions must be submitted by November 5, 2026. Electronic or sealed proposals are due by 2:00 PM CST on November 17, 2026, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. Selected contractors must provide required performance, payment, and insurance bonds, along with primary insurance coverage.
