US 25 Georgia Avenue Traffic Calming Services for North Augusta

The City of North Augusta requires traffic calming services for the US 25 (Georgia Avenue) Traffic Calming project. The requested scope includes installing eight rapid rectangular flashing beacons (RRFBs), resurfacing roughly 0.5 miles of State primary roadway, replacing existing striping and parking spaces, and constructing one new landscaped median. All work must follow the latest SC Department of Transportation Standard and Specifications. Bidders must be Prequalified Prime Contractors by the SC Department of Transportation and hold a South Carolina State Contractor's license. Interested parties must submit bids by November 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM to Mr. Brian Maleck, Director of Engineering and Public Works, in a marked envelope containing a 5% bid bond or certified check. Bids must remain open for acceptance for 60 calendar days after opening, and electronic contract documents are available from Kimley-Horn upon request.
