City of Tulsa IFB for Aruba HPE ClearPass Access Licenses

The City of Tulsa Information Technology Department seeks a vendor to supply Aruba or HPE ClearPass Policy Manager Access licensing for 6,000 concurrent endpoints. The licensing must be delivered across two SKUs, consisting of one for 5,000 endpoints and one for 1,000 endpoints, with five-year pricing and OEM-backed support from an authorized HPE Aruba partner. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must mail or hand-deliver two physical copies of their sealed bid, including one original and one copy, to the City Clerk's Office by November 18, 2026. All questions must be emailed to the assigned buyer with IFB TAC 1416 in the subject line by November 9, 2026. The City intends to award a one-year annual contract to the lowest secure bidder based on price, specifications, bidder history, delivery time, and performance data.
