Candler County Solicitation for General Depository and Online Banking Services

The Candler County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from banking institutions to provide general banking services. The county maintains 25 to 30 depository accounts with a total estimated balance of $4 to $6 million and typical outgoing ACH transactions of $1 million per month. Required capabilities include online and mobile app access, along with online ACH origination for payroll and accounts payable. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Proposals must specify the account types, interest rate structures including variable rate floors or ceilings, and complete fee schedules. The county evaluates proposals based on available services, pricing, and the best interests of its citizens.
