The buyer requires super intelligence and machine learning innovation services focused on tools that provide information for weather and climate hazard risk decision making in the United States. The requested scope includes providing interpretability of SI/ML results, validation, and verification with an emphasis on process fidelity. Additionally, the vendor must benchmark proposed methods against conventional approaches, quantify predictive uncertainty at M2D timescales, and interpret results in terms of established domain science processes.
