CCTV System Upgrades for Warren County Analog Cameras and Video Server

The Warren County Financial Management Committee seeks proposals for CCTV system upgrade services in McMinnville, Tennessee. The selected vendor must provide, install, and configure a new video server supporting approximately 156 existing analog cameras with 30-60 days of retention, supply necessary video encoders and licenses, reuse an existing rack, and provide basic end-user training. All cameras must record continuously on a 24-hour basis. Eligibility is limited to US onshore organizations, and work must be performed onsite. Applicants must submit two copies of their sealed bid by mail or physical delivery to the Finance Department by 2:00 PM Central Time on November 10, 2026. Bidders must also include an affidavit proving they operate a drug and alcohol testing program at least as stringent as Warren County's program. Proposals will be evaluated based on the "lowest and best" criteria prescribed by law.
