Town of Littleton EMS Cost Sharing Study and Regional Fire EMS Planning

The Town of Littleton seeks qualified consultants to conduct an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) cost-sharing study and evaluate regional fire and EMS planning. The selected vendor will review existing arrangements, create an equitable cost-sharing formula, evaluate options for shared or merged operations, engage local stakeholders, and deliver a final report with financial tools and a phased implementation plan by September 1, 2027. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Applicants must submit proposals including firm qualifications, team experience, approach, schedule, itemized budget, and conflict of interest disclosures to Fire Chief Chad Miller at [email protected] by November 23, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated on experience, project understanding, approach quality, team qualifications, schedule adherence, references, and cost.
