City of Little Rock City Hall Parking Lot Improvements Service

The City of Little Rock is seeking a contractor to provide heavy construction services for the City Hall Parking Lot Improvements project. The requested scope includes pavement resealing, installation of parking stops, pavement striping, signage, underground storm drainage, curb inlet construction, and sidewalk work. Work must be carefully scheduled and coordinated to minimize disruptions. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations that hold an Arkansas State Contractor License and a license to operate in the State of Arkansas. Bidders must not be debarred, suspended, or non-responsible based on past performance. Submission requirements include a completed, notarized Statement of Vendor’s Qualifications, the Bid For Physical Improvements Form, a signed Combined Certification form, and a 5% Bid Bond or cashier's check for bids of $50,000 or more. Proposals must be submitted digitally via LRPROCURE prior to the bid closing date, and all questions are due no later than November 13, 2026. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest qualified bidder.
