Security Information and Event Management, MDR, and Security Operations Center Services

The County of Ottawa, on behalf of its Innovation and Technology Department, is requesting proposals from experienced onshore US vendors to provide a comprehensive managed security monitoring and incident response solution. The scope includes Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technology, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, Security Operations Center (SOC) services, threat intelligence, and incident response support. Eligible vendors must demonstrate qualifications such as experience supporting local government and CJIS-regulated or highly regulated environments. All questions must be submitted via email to the RFP Administrator by November 5, 2026. Electronic proposals must be submitted digitally by 2:00 PM ET on November 24, 2026, including completed copies of Attachments A, B, and C. Proposals will be evaluated based on Vendor Qualifications & MDR Experience (weighted 10) and Pricing (weighted 15). The contract term is five years with options for two additional one-year renewals.
