Cloud-Based Enterprise Risk Management Software-as-a-Service Solution

The New York State Office of the State Comptroller seeks a qualified vendor to provide and implement a cloud-based Enterprise Risk Management Software-as-a-Service solution. The software must automate risk assessment data collection, streamline executive management reporting, demonstrate compliance with the COSO framework, and integrate the most recent framework within risk assessments. The contract term is ten years plus one year for implementation, with all work performed remotely offsite. This procurement is limited to New York State certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses based onshore in the USA. Vendors must have successfully implemented the solution in at least two organizations with 2,000 or more employees within the past ten years, assign a qualified Project Manager, and provide required security assessments or a completed CAIQ. Evaluation may include a virtual product demonstration and interview.
