U.S. Embassy Bangkok Request for Quotations for Veeam Software License Subscriptions

The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand requires a vendor to provide 15 one-year Veeam backup and replication software license subscriptions compatible with existing VMware servers. The contractor must implement the updated backup solution, ensure regular backups, provide test recovery procedures, monitor and tune performance, handle network incidents, and provide technical support via phone along with training for Government personnel. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Quotations are evaluated on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis, including a Go/No-Go evaluation for Cyber Security Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM).
