The buyer requires a vendor to provide a standalone, instructor-led Mass Hoisting License Preparation class for 20 to 30 Unit 2 state employees offsite. The training must prepare participants to pass the 1C and 2A exams covering telescoping booms, forklifts, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, and unloaders. Total training costs must include exam application fees, study materials, and a MA DOT exam administered at the training location. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations.
