The Town of Clayton, NC, requires a vendor to provide water, sewer, and electric SCADA master plan services to establish a ten-year SCADA and OT environment roadmap. The scope includes assessing the current state, defining a future-state architecture, performing a gap analysis, creating a standards framework, and developing a prioritized, cost-loaded implementation roadmap. The master plan will support capital planning, rate setting, and budget decisions across two enterprise funds.
