Replacement of Network Storage Infrastructure for the Office of Management Information Services

The Town of Colonie Management Information Services Department seeks a vendor to provide a replacement network storage infrastructure for its Office of Management Information Services. The scope requires rack-mountable chassis and expansion shelves, controller support, back-end and front-end connectivity, data protection, performance monitoring, accessories, integration, and offsite work performance. Acceptable brands include NetApp, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), or a proposed equal with submitted specifications. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit complete solicitations marked "TO BE SUBMITTED," including the Bid Form and Bid Response Sheet, in an opaque sealed envelope to the Office of Purchasing at Memorial Town Hall by November 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Written questions must be submitted at least five business days prior to consideration. Vendors must pack goods securely, maintain cargo or transit insurance naming the Town as an additional insured, and bear all risk of loss or damage until formal acceptance.
