Public Relations Consultant Services for the Gloucester County Improvement Authority

The Gloucester County Improvement Authority requires a public relations consultant for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor must provide media relations consultation, guide best practices, promote programs and services, assist with multi-platform media strategies, artwork, marketing, publications, and event planning, generate media opportunities, and report monthly analytics. All services must be performed within the United States of America. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Applicants must demonstrate education, qualifications, and experience assigned over the past ten years, submit proof of necessary New Jersey licenses or certifications, and provide required insurance certificates. Submissions require one signed original and two copies containing a technical proposal, cost proposal, completed RFP checklist, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Stockholder Disclosure Certification, Debarment Certification, and Affirmative Action statement. Proposals are due by December 4, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. The Authority will evaluate proposals based on all RFP factors to select the most advantageous offer, considering cost as an important factor.
