Strategic Plan and Long-Term Ambition Services for Sheridan

Sheridan requires a vendor to provide strategic plan and long-term ambition services under a one-year contract. The selected vendor will lead the end-to-end strategy development process, test purpose and vision statements, define focus areas, and prepare the final strategic plan and roadmap. Additional responsibilities include conducting stakeholder engagement and research through employee, student, and community surveys, as well as managing communications, presentation materials, and the final launch campaign. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors within Canada only. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 04, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently seeking budget proposals.
