City of New London Construction Manager-at-Risk Services for Parking Garage Expansion

The City of New London seeks proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services to manage the Water Street Parking Garage Expansion Project. The selected contractor will work with the City and design professionals to oversee project construction onsite, ensuring the garage remains operational and mitigating risks to meet an August 2027 completion deadline. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Submitted proposals must include fee proposals, general conditions prices, a conceptual summary CPM schedule, a security/bid bond, and contractor experience details. The selected CMAR will also be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price at 50% construction documents and performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the established GMP.
