Landscape Maintenance Services for the City of Virginia Beach

The City of Virginia Beach requires a vendor to provide onshore, onsite landscape maintenance services. The contractor must maintain turf, landscape beds, shrubs, ground covers, and trees up to eight inches caliper. The required scope also includes keeping each parcel, gutter pans, and storm drain inlets clear of litter and debris, while ensuring vegetation is trimmed so it does not overhang curbs, hard surfaces, or endanger motorists and pedestrians.
