Printing, Binding, and USPS Mailing Services for Wild Ohio Magazine Issue 6

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife seeks a contractor to print, bind, and mail 50,000 copies of the 2026 Wild Ohio Magazine Issue 6. The scope includes producing a 36-page, saddle-stitched, full-color magazine with a UV gloss coated cover, delivering hard copy proofs, accommodating an optional press check, and executing USPS fulfillment. All presswork and shipping must occur domestically in the USA without subcontracting presswork. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Bidders must deliver all addressed magazines to the USPS Citygate facility in Columbus, Ohio on or before December 10, 2026, with a final completion deadline of December 17, 2026. The contract will be awarded as a single lot total to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications.
