Port of Seattle Airline Technical Representative Services for Capital Improvement Program

The Port of Seattle seeks a consultant to provide airline technical representative services in Seattle, WA. The selected consultant will serve as the single point of contact for airlines to coordinate industry input and involvement across the planning, design, construction, tenant build-out, and activation/commissioning phases of Capital Improvement Program projects. Responsibilities include supporting operational continuity, facilitating lease negotiations, assisting with programmatic requirements, providing quarterly Plan of Finance health updates, reviewing aircraft gate concepts and infrastructure support systems, and ensuring timely document reviews. Only USA organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 4, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 6, 2026.
