Enterprise Risk Assessment and Internal Audit Services for CEDA of Cook County

The Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County, Inc. (CEDA) is requesting proposals for a consultant to complete an Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) and provide internal audit services. The selected contractor will establish a risk assessment framework, methodology, and planning results, as well as an executive summary of suggested risk mitigation actions. Eligible applicants include onshore USA organizations, and submittals from minority, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged. Work will be performed offsite over a three-year contract period. All questions regarding the opportunity must be emailed to [email protected] by November 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Submissions will be evaluated based on the responsiveness of the proposal, experience working with private non-profits, cost structure (including annual fixed fees or hourly rates), and the qualifications of key personnel.
