Employment Assistance Program Services and Housing Assistance Program Solicitation

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is soliciting proposals to provide employment assistance program services onsite in Huntsville, Texas, as well as a Housing Assistance Program in the Austin area. Required employment services include vocational skill assessments, job search assistance, job application support, resume development, and interview preparation. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA entities. Applicants must register and submit all response documents electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal. Questions regarding the solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the dates indicated in the solicitation. TDCJ requires respondents to finalize their digital submissions prior to the posted due date and time.
