Proposers must submit sealed proposals to the District's Education Center Front Desk in Pomona, California, by November 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. PDT. A highly recommended pre-proposal conference takes place on November 2, 2026, and all requests for information must be submitted using the link in the RFP packet by November 5, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. PDT. The District will evaluate proposals using a best value evaluation method.
