Hudson Valley Community College OSHA 10 General Industry Instructor Services RFP

Hudson Valley Community College seeks a qualified vendor to deliver on-site, in-person OSHA-10 General Industry training to students at the Aeronautical Technical Institute located at the Albany International Airport. The selected vendor must provide certified instructors, manage student enrollment and billing, and issue official OSHA-10 proof-of-training cards for cohorts of up to 18 students approximately six times per year. Bidders must be onshore USA vendors listed as eligible OSHA-10 General Industry trainers and are prohibited from using subcontractors. Applicants can submit proposals digitally via email or Bonfire, or deliver sealed physical copies to the Troy, NY campus, with all questions due by November 23, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated equally across instructor qualifications, program compliance, past performance, and cost for a two-year contract running from January 4, 2027, through December 22, 2028.
