RFI for Proofpoint Cloud Email Security Solution - Sources Sought

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service requires a contractor to replace its existing on-premise email security stack with a brand name Proofpoint cloud email security solution. The scope includes providing licensing, implementation services, training, and premium support for approximately 20,000 Microsoft 365 Exchange Online mailboxes. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations that are authorized Proofpoint support resellers capable of providing manufacturer-provided premium support under an OEM service level agreement. Work will be performed offsite, and travel is not required. The contract term consists of a one-year base period beginning January 3, 2027, plus four one-year option periods. This procurement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price order.
