Telecommunications PBX Servers and ISI Accounting Service Maintenance

The buyer requires a vendor to provide telecommunications PBX servers and ISI accounting services for a government authority located in Baltimore, MD. The required scope includes offsite maintenance for PBX phone systems and peripheral equipment, continuous monthly fixed-fee coverage, technical support, voicemail assignment updates, phone system configuration changes, fraud monitoring, and client billing data collection via LSI Tele management Solutions Inc.
