Design Services for Building Automation System Hardware Upgrades at DOC Campuses

The Minnesota Department of Administration seeks a mechanical engineer for RECS Project #78VA0012 to provide Building Automation System (BAS) upgrade design services. The selected vendor will oversee and manage Network Automation Engines (NAE) upgrades to Series Network Engines (SNE) hardware across multiple locations on the Faribault and Red Wing DOC campuses in Minnesota. Required basic services encompass schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and post-construction phases, including space and utility coordination.
