City of Lancaster Request for Proposals for Litter Abatement Services

The City of Lancaster is requesting sealed proposals for litter abatement services to collect and dispose of debris material, including paper, cans, bottles, glass, bottle caps, small rocks, and brush. USA organizations engaged full-time in the litter removal business are eligible to submit proposals. Minority and small business vendors are encouraged to participate. The contractor must supply a 5% bid bond, obtain necessary permits, and handle debris disposal legally at their own expense. Proposals are evaluated based on Project Approach and Cost (50 points), Vendor's Overall Qualification (10 points), and Prior Experience with Similar Projects (10 points).
