American Sign Language Interpretation Services for The School Board of Osceola County

The School Board of Osceola County, Florida is soliciting competitive sealed bids to select multiple bidders to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services on an hourly basis. The requested scope includes in-person spoken-word-to-sign interpretation for various district schools and departments during normal business hours, after hours, and on weekends. Selected interpreters must be fluent in English and sign language, with trilingual interpreters fluent in English, Spanish, and sign language. The district currently needs 12 interpreters for classroom services based on 7 hours per day. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit required compliance attachments, signed addenda, three references, a bid price sheet in Excel format, litigation history, financial statements, proof of required insurance, sub-contractor details, contact information for service calls, and SBE/VBE participation evidence.
