Campus Connectivity Upgrade Service to Install Single-Mode Fiber

The government authority in Hillsdale, MI requires a vendor to provide a campus connectivity upgrade service through an E-rate project. The contractor must upgrade an existing legacy copper connection to Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) across a multi-building campus environment. This work includes deploying Outside Plant rated, dielectric, stranded loose tube fiber optic cable with a plenum-rated jacket to provide direct high-speed broadband to an eligible classroom. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid on this project. Vendors must attend a pre-bid meeting on November 10, 2026, and submit all questions by November 20, 2026. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online.
