City of Phoenix Wood-Only Pallet Recycling and Offsite Processing Services

The City of Phoenix Public Works Department requires a contractor to provide offsite wood pallet recycling services. The vendor will process City Pallets, including good-condition pallets capable of immediate reuse, broken pallets requiring repair or composting, and loads with contamination. Services include handling routine scheduling as well as fulfilling on-demand pick-up or delivery service requests initiated by the city. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Questions must be submitted by November 13, 2026, following a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 3, 2026. Final responses are due by 11:00 am on November 20, 2026, and can be submitted digitally via email or online.
