Joliet Biosolids Disposal Services for Liquid Biosolids and Dewatered Cake

The City of Joliet requires a contractor to provide biosolids disposal services for an estimated 31,000,000 gallons of liquid biosolids and 7,000,000 gallons of dewatered cake. The selected vendor must transport and land apply biosolids cake, which may include dewatered biosolids from the city's mobile centrifuge, and accelerate work during the harvest season upon direction from the plant operations superintendent. The contract period spans one year. Bidders must submit a 10% bid security, a current financial statement, a list of available equipment, evidence of legal entity status, professional licenses, and required insurance coverages.
