Grays Harbor County Juvenile Outpatient Sex Offender Evaluations and Treatment Services

Grays Harbor County Juvenile Department is requesting proposals for one certified sex offender treatment provider to deliver outpatient sex offender evaluations and treatment services to juveniles in Aberdeen, WA. The selected provider will serve juveniles between the ages of twelve and eighteen referred by the juvenile justice system. Scope of work includes individual counseling sessions, group counseling, parent counseling, psychosexual evaluations, and report writing. The contract term is twelve months, and the County will provide compensation up to $25,000 for services. Bidders must hold a master's degree or higher, possess required licenses and certifications, operate onshore within the USA, and be free of Washington State correction actions or federal/state debarments. Proposals must use 12-point double-spaced black text with one-inch margins and include a signed original proposal, Proposal Response Forms, and a signed Declaration Form in a sealed envelope delivered to 103 Hagara St., Aberdeen, WA 98520. Proposals are due by November 19, 2026. Bids will be evaluated based on Provider Qualifications (50 points), Proposed Costs (25 points), and Provider Experience (25 points).
