RFI for Land Management Information System Modernization and Web-Based GIS Interface

Nebraska Public Power District is issuing Request for Information No. 26091 to seek details from qualified USA organizations regarding the modernization of its Land Management Information System and the development of a web-based GIS interface. The buyer requires a web-based application to replace its current Microsoft Access interface, feature text-based and map-extent searches, provide mapping tools with aerial imagery, integrate with the existing SQL database, and ensure system security for personally identifiable information. Work will be performed offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to respond. Interested parties must submit their responses as a Word document of up to 25 pages digitally via email or online by 4:00 p.m. CDT on November 25, 2026. Submissions should outline the proposed scope, schedule, deliverables, staffing, support, non-binding budgetary pricing estimates, and relevant experience with electric utility or government GIS programs.
