Oregon Department of Transportation Request for Quotes for NDAA UAS LiDAR System

The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking competitive quotes for an NDAA UAS LiDAR System. The contractor must provide a drone platform, a LiDAR payload, a camera payload, a LiDAR sensor meeting specified requirements, offsite performance of work, one day of training at headquarters, and in-person training with travel expenses included. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. All vendor questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026. Prior to contract execution, the selected contractor must provide compliant proof of insurance, including Workers' Compensation and General Liability coverage.
