RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning Needs Assessment and Requirement Development Services

The City of Westminster, Colorado, requests information from system vendors to assist in planning for the optimization or replacement of its existing enterprise resource planning software environment. The City seeks input on business system strategies, modernization opportunities, system integrations, recommended implementation phasing, and cost ranges across core financial, human resources, budgeting, and operational functional areas. Only US organizations are eligible to submit responses offsite. Vendors must submit all RFI questions electronically through BidNet by Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM MT. Completed RFI responses must be submitted digitally via BidNet or email in both PDF and Excel formats no later than Friday, November 20, 2026. The City will use the submitted responses for information and budget development purposes only and will not award a contract directly from this RFI.
