Salesforce Solutions Development Consultant Services for Offsite Staff Augmentation

The State requires a consultant to provide Salesforce solutions development services offsite using Agile methodologies. The selected vendor will gather requirements, design and build Salesforce solutions, build automated workflows, maintain project documentation, assist with user acceptance testing, handle change requests, and provide knowledge transfer. Eligibility is restricted to USA-based onshore organizations. Evaluation occurs in two stages. Stage 1 evaluates company history (4 points), staff management approach (7 points), experience of proposed staff (27 points), and cost (4.44 points), with bonus points for preference vendors. The highest-scoring responders proceed to Stage 2, which evaluates an interview or presentation (44 points) and cost (55.56 points) for a total maximum score of 150 points. Responders may submit proposals digitally online or via email, and the buyer is seeking budget proposals.
