Erie 1 BOCES Request for Proposals for Password Management Software

Erie 1 BOCES is requesting proposals for an existing, vendor-hosted Password Management Software platform to serve local school districts and agencies. The required solution must provide a secure, centralized approach for managing passwords and credentials, including secure storage, exposure monitoring, dark web breach detection, and administrative controls. The contractor must host the platform in U.S. or Canadian datacenters and provide turnkey training, onboarding guidance, and second-line support, while enabling Regional Information Centers (RICs) to serve as primary first-line support. The contract term is three years. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. All proposal documents must be originals, typed or legibly handwritten in ink; faxed or emailed copies are not accepted. Submissions require completed and signed forms including the Notice to Bidders, Corporate Resolution, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, Iran Divestment Act Certification, Bid Vendor Response Form, Reference Sheet, and Form W-9. Evaluation criteria include unit and overall pricing, adherence to specifications, warranties, known vendor status, and support personnel. Vendors must offer a clear consortium discount structure and guarantee pricing for at least one year.
