Hawaii Department of Transportation Statewide General Civil Engineering Services Contract

The Hawaii Department of Transportation Design Branch requires a contractor to provide general civil engineering services on an as-required basis for statewide roadway-related projects. The selected contractor will deliver civil, environmental, structural, electrical, surveying, geotechnical, landscaping, and traffic engineering services, including preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates in accordance with State Highways and Federal Highway requirements. Additional duties include reviewing as-built plans, coordinating with utility companies and government agencies, and providing services during bidding and construction. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and performance must take place onsite in Hawaii. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. The contract term is five years from the Notice to Proceed, with a total budget capped at $5,000,000.00 across all assigned work.
